Step 1: Download the application form

First, you need to download an application form from the official Philippine Air Force website. You can also get this form from the closest Philippine Air Force Processing/Examination Center to you.

Step 2: Fill out the application form

  • PSA-issued Birth Certification (Original and Photocopy)
  • Transcript of Records for College Level and Form 137 for Senior High School Graduates (Original and Authenticated from School Registrar)
  • Certification from the School Registrar (Only if the applicant is a graduating student)
  • Diploma (Original and Authenticated by School Registrar)

Step 4: Proceed to PAF Processing Center

If everything is ready, you can proceed to the nearest PAF Processing Center to submit your application form alongside the requirements.

Step 5: Pass Examinations

After submitting your application and requirements, the most important step you have to accomplish is to pass the qualifying written examination.

CS applicants who will pass the examinations will be notified to report at the PAF Processing Centers for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT). OC applicants who pass must also go to the center for the Special Written Exam (SWE).

If you pass all tests, you will be asked to submit additional documents and requirements for reference, including NBI clearance, marriage contracts of parents, and so on. They will also be given further instructions and schedules for the training.
